Whether you have several items, or just one, we have an inventory sheet you can download (in pdf format), print and fill out prior to bringing your items in. This will greatly reduce the amount of time involved for you to drop off your items. When listing your items on the inventory sheet, provide as much information as you can for each item, particularly for furniture or more expensive accessories, as this will aid us in determining the most accurate pricing for your items. We would appreciate any information you can give us such as the original purchase price, manufacturer, where your item was purchased, what type of wood, style, etc. If you know that a particular item has a certain value it is in your best interest to share this with us when dropping the item(s) off to help ensure more accurate pricing.
We only accept items that are clean, in very good condition, from smoke-free homes, free of pet hair, stains, tears, and items should have all working parts.
We also offer a drop and run service where you can bring your items in and come back the next day or two to pick up any items we are unable to accept. We know how important your time is and if this works better please let us know, we can also donate items that aren’t acceptable if you don’t want to come back and pick-up.
